There was a time when I thought I had to prove my worth —
to be stronger, happier, better,
to show the world that I was okay, even when I wasn’t.
But healing isn’t about convincing anyone.
It’s about learning to live without needing to.
I used to think being “enough” meant being perfect —
flawless, unshaken, whole.
But perfection isn’t love.
It’s fear in disguise.
And you can’t find peace in a life built on pretending.
Somewhere along the way, I stopped fighting myself.
I stopped apologizing for feeling too deeply,
for caring too much,
for being a little quieter, softer, slower to move on.
Because enough isn’t something you become for others.
It’s something you realize you’ve always been —
even on your worst days, even when no one sees it.
The truth is, healing doesn’t make you perfect —
it just makes you honest.
And that’s enough.
You don’t have to glow all the time.
You don’t have to have all the answers.
You just have to keep showing up —
real, raw, and still willing to try.
So if no one’s told you lately:
you were already enough,
even before you learned how to believe it.
Always and Forever
